Unprocessed Living
I built Unprocessed Living because I was tired, overwhelmed, and done with “perfect” health advice that didn’t fit my actual life.
Between managing Hashimoto’s, running a household, and trying to keep everyone fed on a real-person budget, I found myself frustrated with influencers who made everything look effortless—and impossible.
So I started over. Slowly. Imperfectly. And one swap at a time.
Hashimoto’s, brain fog, fatigue, and feeling behind on life—it all stacked up until I finally cracked.
I hit a point where I couldn’t keep pretending I was fine. I didn’t have the energy for complicated meal plans, color-coded binders, or influencers telling me to “just meal prep harder.”
I needed simple. I needed honest. And I needed something that didn’t fall apart the moment life got messy.
So I started making small, doable real-food swaps. I cleaned up my pantry slowly, learned what ingredients actually meant, and built meals that supported my energy instead of draining it.
That journey became Unprocessed Living—a space for real people doing real life, one small step at a time.
No diets. No guilt. No 47-step routines. Just calmer choices that give you energy back.
My approach is simple:
Here’s how the entire Unprocessed Living journey fits together:
Move at your own pace. No deadlines, no guilt, just simple progress.
These are the little things that make me, me.
You don’t need to overhaul everything. Pick the next right step and go from there.
